WHAT CAN I RETURN?

You can only return essential and carrier oil which is ordered through organoveda.com. You cannot return massage oils, soaps etc which is ordered on organoveda.com. In case any product is received in a damaged condition, please email us an image of the damaged product at care@organoveda.com & we will replace it free of cost. Returned products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

HOW LONG WILL THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE?

You would have to ship the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.
From the time that we receive your returns, your returns would be processed and the refund credited to your organoveda.com’s payment wallet account within 7 working days.
